우리는 재무/운영팀에서 고객 계약 및 주기적인 문서 관리 수행을 포함하여 대출/리스의 처리, 모니터링 및 정산을 담당하고 전체 대출/리스의 효과적인 관리 업무를 수행하며 지속적인 프로세스 개선을 담당할 운영 전문가를 찾고 있습니다.
이 직무에는 높은 윤리적 기준, 강력한 기술 능력, 팀 윤리, 비즈니스 통찰력 및 금융 서비스에 대한 철저한 이해가 필요합니다.
주요 업무:
- 단기채권 에이전시 관리 : 신용정보업체 배분 및 커뮤니케이션
- 채권 및 법무 관련 운영 지원 : 채권 위임, 사건번호 관리, 소송/보증보험/회생·파산 업무
- 비용 및 정산 관리 : 채권 비용 처리, 세금계산서 관리, 입금/출금 및 비용 지급 요청
- 채권 매각 및 전산 처리 업무 : 매각 신청/자료 관리, 전산 처리 및 관련 데이터 관리
- 문서 작성 및 서류 관리 : 제증명, 사실조회, 각종 법적 서류 작성 및 제출 대응
- 대내외 커뮤니케이션 및 대응 : 법원/유관기관/내부 부서 요청 대응 및 자료 제출
필요역랑 및 자격요건:
- 대학교 졸업자 (전공은 제한없음)
- 금융 서비스 업계에서 최소 2년 근무 경력 (채권/법무 업무 경력자 우대)
- 자동차 금융자회사에서 근무 경험
- 우수한 문제 해결능력, 분석 기술
- 효과적인 의사 소통 기술
- MS 오피스에서 컴퓨터 활용 능력
근무 기간:
- 2026년 6월 ~ 2027년 7월 (출산/육아휴직 대체)
