Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Aftermarket Sales Executive to drive sales growth and market expansion for our aftermarket parts and services.

This role requires a blend of sales expertise, technical knowledge, and marketing acumen to ensure sustained revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for aftermarket parts and services.
  • Identify and engage with potential customers, including existing clients, fleet operators, and distributors.
  • Responsible for account receivables for the identified area/accounts.
  • Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to enhance customer retention.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to maximize profitability.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Customer Support & Technical Assistance:

  • Provide product recommendations and technical support to customers regarding aftermarket parts.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to parts orders, delivery, and warranty claims.
  • Work closely with service teams to ensure seamless post-sales support and customer satisfaction.

Parts Marketing & Promotion:

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote aftermarket parts and accessories.
  • Develop sales materials, brochures, and digital content to support marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to enhance product visibility through exhibitions, trade shows, and digital platforms.
  • Analyze market data and customer feedback to optimize marketing strategies and product positioning.
  • Assist in pricing strategy development and competitor benchmarking.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in aftermarket sales, parts marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of automotive, industrial, or heavy equipment aftermarket parts.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits, trade shows, and industry events.
