Dear all candidates!
We are looking for Logistic, Operation and ANY RELATED students to join our internship program.
(Only 6 month internship duration)
Position: Administrative and Technical Support
Job Overview
- Assist in preparing and organizing documentation such as service reports, customer files, warranty claims, and quotations.
- Support inventory management by updating stock lists, spare parts records, and purchase orders.
- Help coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions, including preparing materials and meeting minutes.
- Manage filing systems, data entry, and maintain accurate records in line with company policies.
- Assist in internal communication and correspondence related to bus service operations.
- Assist technical teams in troubleshooting and diagnosing minor bus-related issues under supervision.
- Support with updating maintenance records, service logs, and technical reports.
- Participate in pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and support with technical documentation.
- Coordinate with service teams and workshops to monitor vehicle maintenance schedules.
- Assist in gathering technical data for analysis and reporting, including warranty follow-ups.
Learning & Development Opportunities
- Exposure to bus service operations, both administrative and technical.
- Hands-on experience in customer service processes, technical maintenance, and backend support.
