What you will do
Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:
Productivity improvement:Process & Layout improvementJig & fixture design and improvement
Maintain and develop Lean production
Daily management in assembly processECN implement and WI maintain
Daily production support
New Product launchAssembly process, equipment, facilities setupProcess document preparation
Manage Pilot and Mass production and issue follow up
Quality improvementProblem solvingSupport
Quality department in parts function test
Other work assigned by manager or supervisor
Who are you?
Key Skills:
Computer skills, 3-D, 2-D CAD/CATIA and Ms-office
Experience and knowledge onLean
Experience and knowledge on project management
Effective communication and team player
Continuous improvement mindset
Required knowledge & experience:1. Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:
University or above, major in Engineering or MechanicalFluent English in both written and spoken
Business oriented person with at least 3 years’ experience in heavy duty industry
Experience in manufacturing engineering or R&D preferred
