What you will do
• Undertake the company's strategy, decompose and formulate the annual work plan to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
• Track departmental activities and various indicators, and make timely adjustments to the activities.
• Combine the concepts of VPS (Value Stream Process) / Lean Production to implement on-site management and identify improvement opportunities.
• Understand the ISO concept, and implement the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) working method in conjunction with actual business operations.
• Ensure that employees possess the necessary qualifications and skills in accordance with job requirements.
• Allocate human resources reasonably and make timely adjustments to ensure the balance of the production line.
• Plan and implement activities to improve production efficiency.
• Actively participate in activities for process and product quality improvement.
• Design and develop cost-saving projects, and strictly control production costs.
• Conduct employee development and evaluation to ensure the establishment of a talent echelon in the department.
• Engage in the new product development process at an early stage, and actively cooperate with the launch and mass production of new products.
• Maintain communication with relevant departments to promote collaboration.
Who are you?
• At least 5 years of work experience in relevant positions.
• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant major (majors in mechanical and electrical engineering are preferred).
• Proficient in manufacturing and assembly skills.
• (Note: For the position of "Component Workshop Supervisor": Major in mechanical engineering, with extensive experience in component manufacturing and assembly, such as axles, gearboxes, etc.)
• Possess knowledge of Lean Production, ISO, TQM (Total Quality Management) and other related concepts.
• Fluent in Chinese.
• Basic English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
