What you will do
The responsibilities as a Transport Controller include planning, monitoring, developing and managing transportation within a given area. You will also have cost/income responsibility for your area. You will be working in a team with other Transport Controllers and closely with colleagues at other functions and regions globally.

Core Responsibilities
- Transport capacity planning, monitoring and follow-up
- Customs declaration documents preparation
- Transport Management System maintenance
- Freight calculations
- Supervision of transport instructions and freight documentation
- Responsible for maintaining correct prices for billing purposes
- Control and account coding of incoming invoices
- Monthly cost data collection from SAP
- Monthly cost & Revenue report
- The job includes contacts with carriers and stakeholders. Our stakeholders are AB Volvo plants/distribution center, Joint Venture, and automotive material suppliers.
Minimum Required:
- Major in International Trade / Logistics/ Supply chain management or equivalent is preferred
- Good computer knowledge and data analysis ability
- Good communication and Team building ability.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and fluent English in read and write.
