What you will do

The Position:
As a Logistics Intern in VCE Shanghai, he/she will start the career in Logistics, including material handling, material planning and overall internal logistics processes. 

Key responsibilities:
1.    Assist in logistics operations, including material handling processes, inventory management, and packaging processes etc.
2.    Support packaging design and process improvements to ensure efficiency, safety and ergonomics.
3.    Work on the shop floor frequently to support logistics flows optimization.
4.    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, ME, Purchasing Logistics etc.
5.    Conduct data collection, analysis and reporting to improve the end-to-end supply chain efficiency.
6.    Other work assigned by managers. 

Who are you?

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
1.    Expected graduation in 2025 or 2026.
2.    Bachelor’s degree or above (Engineering major, e.g., Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields).
3.    Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for packaging and logistics design.
4.    Willingness to work on the shop floor and engage in hands-on tasks.
5.    Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6.    Strong communication skills with an open and proactive attitude.
7.    Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
