What you will do
岗位职责协助装配师傅完成产品零部件的装配、组装工作，严格按照装配工艺要求操作，确保装配质量符合标准。
负责装配过程中所需工具、零部件的整理、摆放，保持工作区域整洁有序，遵守车间5S管理规范。
学习装配工艺文件、作业指导书，快速掌握基础装配技能，逐步提升独立操作能力。
协助完成装配过程中的简单记录工作，如零部件领用登记、装配进度记录等。
配合车间管理人员完成其他临时交办的工作，服从岗位安排，积极配合团队完成生产任务。
Who are you?
学历要求：中专及以上学历，机械制造、机电一体化、汽车维修、模具设计等相关专业优先，在校生均可报名。
能力要求：动手能力强，对装配工作有兴趣，愿意学习新技能，能快速适应车间工作环境。
素质要求：踏实肯干、认真负责、有耐心，具备良好的团队合作意识和沟通能力，服从管理。
