About this Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Commercial Management team. This internship offers hands-on experience in finance, data analysis, and administrative operations, with exposure to enterprise systems such as SAP. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

What you will do

- Assist with finance-related tasks including processing debits, credits, and manual invoicing. 

- Support administrative functions related to the lubricant sales program. 

- Investigate and help resolve discrepancies within the lubricant program; propose actionable solutions. 

- Participate in the collection, tracking, and analysis of financial data, including extracting information from financial systems. 

- Compile and organize data from various internal sources; create pivot tables, charts, and reports to support business decisions. 

- Provide day-to-day support to the Commercial Management team. 

- Learn and apply SAP system processes related to the delivery of construction equipment to dealers and customers.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

Education: 

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. 

- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75. 

Technical Skills: 

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, charts, data analysis). 

- Familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 

Professional Skills: 

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

- Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities. 

- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. 

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. 

Additional Requirements: 

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment. 

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes. 

- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

For all intern and co-op positions, the hourly range is set at $16.00 - $46.00.The hourly rate for these roles is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, academic classification, and degree seeking area of study. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
