About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Commercial Management team. This internship offers hands-on experience in administrative operations, order management, and logistics with exposure to enterprise systems such as SAP. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with finance-related tasks including processing debits, credits, and manual invoicing.
- Support administrative functions related to our Dealer order management system
- Compile and organize data from various internal sources; create pivot tables, charts, and reports to support business decisions.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Commercial Management team helping to manage inventory, order backlog, and system processing.
- Learn and apply SAP system processes related to the delivery of construction equipment to dealers and customers.
Who are you?
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
- Currently enrolled and pursuing in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Business
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, charts, data analysis).
- Familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Professional Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
