What You Will Be Doing
This role provides students with the opportunity to apply academic knowledge and skills in a professional environment, and to support/promote the graduate's career goals through contact with professionals in their field of study. This experience enables students to participate in professional activities for Volvo Construction Equipment (VCE) by working on important and innovative projects. The program is a structured learning experience where students and our professionals work together on projects according to four key focus areas within the Purchasing Development team: IT Systems, Process Efficiency, Compliance and Business Intelligence. The program allows students to integrate knowledge and skills in a manner that is mutually beneficial to the student and VCE.
Who are you?
• Must be enrolled and pursuing a degree in, Management Information Systems and Analytics, Computer and Information Sciences, Business Administration and Management, Computer Software Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related program at an accredited school and have completed 30 semester hours of undergraduate studies.
• Applicants must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75.
• This internship will require up to 40 hours per week during the Summer 2025 semester.

For all intern and co-op positions, the hourly range is set at $16.00 - $46.00. The hourly rate for these roles is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, academic classification, and degree seeking area of study.
