If you are eager to learn, motivated to make an impact, and interested in working with modern digital systems alongside experienced teams, then this opportunity is for you.
Right now, we are looking for a Digital & IT Intern to join our North American team to accelerate digitizing our Dealer and Customer experience.

Position Description:

As a Digital Product & Analytics Intern, you will support initiatives across Digital & IT (D&IT) – Dealer & Customer Experience, contributing analytical, business, and data‑driven insights that support both internal teams and customer‑facing outcomes. This internship provides exposure to enterprise systems, digital products, and analytics, with opportunities to work across multiple functional areas.

In this role, you will collaborate with Digital Product Managers, IT specialists, analytics partners, and the VCE North America Marketing team, helping turn data into insights that drive decision‑making, improve processes, and support business performance. The internship is designed to be hands‑on and developmental, offering experience across several focus areas rather than a single system or domain.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist with creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data summaries
  • Help translate data into clear insights for Digital, IT, and Marketing teams

  • Help analyze trends and patterns across customer‑facing platforms and systems

Marketing Analytics Collaboration

  • Work with the VCE North America Marketing team on selected marketing analytics initiatives
  • Support analysis of marketing performance, customer engagement, and campaign data
  • Help connect marketing insights to dealer and customer experience improvements

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Help improve efficiency through data organization, Excel‑based analysis, and simple automation
  • Support documentation of data, processes, and analytical approaches

Who are you?

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field, Master's preferred
  • Applicants must have completed 30 semester hours before the internship starts and have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or a related discipline

  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to learn across multiple domains
