What you will do
As an Engineering Intern, you’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary product development team working on real-world projects at our North American headquarters in Shippensburg. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting senior engineers while also taking ownership of your own assignments. Our small, collaborative teams use an agile process (Scrum) to prioritize work and drive innovation. Most of your time will be spent on campus with the engineers where you’ll help design, support fabrication and prototyping, and conduct testing in a highly interactive environment.
Who are you?
- Currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in engineering at an accredited school or program
- Strong communicator, self-motivated, and confident working in a team setting
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 and minimum of 30 credit hours completed.
- Availability aligned with your class schedule (flexible hours offered)

For all intern and co-op positions, the hourly range is set at $16.00 - $46.00.The hourly rate for these roles is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, academic classification, and degree seeking area of study.
