About the Role
Join the Volvo CE North America Parts Logistics department as an Analytics Intern and get a chance to learn all about the Volvo aftermarket supply chain through analytics activities and projects. This role offers the opportunity to interface with Volvo dealers, internal personnel, Volvo warehouses, and Logistics services to solve problems and improve customer satisfaction.
Who You Are
Minimum education and experience requirements:
• Must be enrolled in academic courses as a full-time student and have completed 30 semester hours prior to starting internship
• Applicants must be in good academic standing with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75
• May work up to 40 hours per week
Skills Required:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of analytical software
• Able to visualize data through charts and graphs
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams
• Ability to perform duties effectively in a fast-paced environment, whether working autonomously or under direction
What you will do
Responsibilities:
- Provide data visualization and analysis related to logistics
- Monitor new product launches or specialized parts programs
- Communicate parts order status and back order information
- Resolve dealer and customer issues to maintain high customer service and satisfaction

For all intern and co-op positions, the hourly range is set at $16.00 - $46.00.The hourly rate for these roles is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, academic classification, and degree seeking area of study.
