What you will do
Are you a driven engineering student looking to apply your skills to real-world machines and cutting-edge technology? This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers on innovative projects that power the future of construction equipment.
As a Software Engineering Intern, you’ll gain meaningful experience contributing to live product development and testing efforts. You won’t just observe—you’ll actively participate in solving real engineering challenges and see the impact of your work in a production environment.
In this role, you’ll support the Software Engineering team in both new product development and ongoing product improvements. Responsibilities include:

Contributing to new product development projects, supporting design and implementation efforts

Assisting with machine and software testing activities, including validation and troubleshooting

Collaborating with cross-functional teams (electrical, mechanical, and systems engineering)

Supporting senior engineers with technical tasks and project execution

Documenting your work through technical reports and presentations

Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas to improve products and processes
Who are you?
- Currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in engineering at an accredited school or program
- Strong communicator, self-motivated, and confident working in a team setting
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 and minimum of 30 credit hours completed
- Summer interns may work up to 40 hours per week
