We would like to strengthen our team with a Retail Business Process & System Specialist.

Your ideal job?

As the Retail Business Process & System Specialist, you have overall responsibility for developing dealer systems and processes within the Belux dealer network. Reporting to the Retail & Marketing Manager, your role involves ensuring efficient usage of the Renault Trucks Dealer Management System (RTDMS) and its related applications.

 

Your key responsibilities include:

 

  • Serving as the expert / key user and primary contact for the dealer network regarding RTDMS in the Belux region.
  • Coordinating and piloting RTDMS implementations and upgrades, providing training, onsite coaching, and documentation support.
  • Support continuous improvement by and facilitating change requests for the development team, testing new versions and guidance in best practices.
  • Optimizing reception and workshop processes in collaboration with HQ (Lyon), RT Belux colleagues, and dealers.
  • Rolling out new support tools and processes to the dealer network.
  • Ensuring data quality by monitoring vehicle master data, report any issues and take necessary actions.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant experience in the automotive industry, with knowledge of dealer management systems a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new software.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work as part of an international team.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, including presentation skills to a variety of audiences.
  • Proactive and customer-focused.
  • Fluency in English, Dutch and French.
