As Business & Operational Excellence Manager, you will be a trusted partner to the Managing Director, leading continuous improvement initiatives, supporting strategic execution, and enhancing employee engagement across the organization.
Your responsibilities
Business & Operational Excellence
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Optimize key processes, ways of working, and performance follow-up.
• Support execution of strategic priorities and transformation activities.
Change & Employee Engagement
• Support leaders and teams through change initiatives.
• Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
Communication & Brand
• Support internal and external communications.
• Develop presentations, leadership communications, and engagement campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and employer branding.
Strategic Support to the Managing Director
• Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner.
• Coordinate leadership actions, priorities, and follow-up activities.
• Facilitate alignment and collaboration across the organization
Who you are
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in operational excellence, project management, change management, or organizational development.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Structured, proactive, and execution oriented.
- Able to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
