As DPAO for Internal Logistic Operations you will be leading an area of core production critical digital products for Warehouse Management and Material Handling business capabilities covering both operations and one time deliveries. You are an experienced manager and leader, with a technical background and are well-versed in areas of agile development and product management. You like to interact with stakeholders and join dialogues in subjects like digitalization, quality in runtime, people development and agile software development.
Key responsibilities
• Leading Digital Product Area for Warehouse Management and Material handling and products as GMHS (MACS, NTRP and ICS) and NAISE
• Collaborating closely with the Digital Product Managers (DPM) and other key stakeholders in your area
• Support our ambition to Transform to Perform by implementing DevSecOps ways-of-working
• Line managing skilled IT professionals located in Sweden and India in roles like Digital Product Owner, Solution Engineers, Software Engineers and Solution Architect in a Stable Team
• Developing the team's skills and capacity for both short and long-term goals
• Promoting an environment of continuous learning, honesty, transparency and collaboration
• Secure that product quality meets compliance, budget, and service level agreements
You will be part of the GTO Supply & Distribute Management Team, together with 5 other Digital Product Area Owners and you will report directly to Head of GTO Supply & Distribute. GTO Supply & Distribute is a portfolio of global core digital products supporting the business processes of Warehouse Management, Material Handling, and Material Planning. You are part of a global management team and you will actively collaborate with stakeholders in many different countries and navigate in a multi-cultural environment. You also have a strong transformation and quality focus and a personal drive to reach the objectives and targets set for our unit while understanding how these contribute to the Volvo Group vision and strategy.

Required key competencies
- Previous experience in leadership positions
- Experience in leading Agile transformations and implementing agile methodologies

- Strong sense of ownership
- Fluent in Swedish and English
