Implementation Leader Material Control

Location:

Skövde, SE, 541 87

Position Type:  Professional

Transport is at the core of modern society. Imagine using your expertise to shape sustainable transport and infrastructure solutions for the future? If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.

Be the reason things run smoothly – even before they start

Are you someone who makes things happen before anyone else realizes it needs to? Then you might be our next ILMC. In this role, you are a key player in ensuring that new part numbers, suppliers and  projects are successfully introduced into our supply chain. You’re there from the very beginning – making sure everything is in place – and you hand over to our Material Planners/Controllers once operations are up and running smooth.
When a part reaches the end of its lifecycle, you step in again to secure a swift and cost-efficient phase-out.

What you’ll do:

•    Prepare and configure new parts and suppliers in our systems with correct Master Data
•    Coordinate the introduction of new parts and projects with PMO, Purchasing, Quality and Logistics
•    Ensure that transport set-ups, supplier readiness and material availability are aligned with our requirements and production needs
•    Act as the bridge between project phase and operational phase – and know when to make the handover
•    Manage phase-out activities: final consumption, surplus stock, potential resale
•    Participate in the global ILMC network and continuously improve our ways of working using VPS methodology
•    Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to solve issues such as quality deviations or supplier switches

Who you are:

•    You have experience in logistics in an industrial setting
•    You understand MRP logic and preferably experienced in SAP S/4HANA
•    You are detail-oriented, communicative and solution-focused
•    You handle change and pressure in a structured and proactive way
•    You are fluent in both Swedish and English
•    You enjoy working cross-functionally and have project experience (plus)

What we offer:

A team that thrives on collaboration, shared success and a bit of fun along the way. A key role in which your impact is felt before the first delivery even happens. Room to grow, improve and make a real difference – right from the start.
