A Software Engineer with passion for technologies and the art of creating value by code, supporting the GTO Powertrain Plants with solutions, interaction with key users and being part of the digital journey. Primary domain is logistics, production, and inventory.

 Required competence 

 

We are searching for a Software engineer to add capacity to our Group Digital & IT team in Skövde. 

Primary objectives are to maintain and support applications supporting Powertrain production Skövde. 

Secondary objective can be to support our delivery to the other GTO Powertrain engine plant. 

 

To be successful in this role we believe the candidate has: 

  • Competence in system development and distributing systems 
  • Experience with parallelly processing solutions 
  • Are willing to work in both front and Backend 
  • To be in direct interaction with key users  
  • To participate in requirement breakdown sessions 

Wanted skillset:

  • SQL

As person you are innovative, self-driven, have a strong technical focus and interest in combination with a customer-oriented attitude. You as a person have the ability to work under challenging, demanding and changing conditions.   

 

You have knowledge about the lifecycle of software development, including analysis, unit testing and continuous improvement. Also experience from automotive industry is seen as an asset.
