The Role
Support Dealers (workshops) to secure Renault Trucks parts availability and optimum inventory performance in terms of service level, stock health and turnover rate.
Responsible for regular follow up and reporting related to the parts main KPI: parts sales, order intake, profitability, availability and turnover rate.
Analyzing business potential for Renault Trucks parts sales. You will report to Renault Trucks Commercial Manager, Ivan Ouchev.
Main activities and responsibilities
• Continuous inventory and process analyses for parts management in the network
• Constantly improve and optimize spare parts order and delivery processes
• Secure smooth and fast deliveries of spare parts to warehouses and end customers
• Monitor and evaluate monthly and weekly KPIs according to the business plan
• Support competence development of the service network parts specialists.
• Secure the targeted wholesales of spare parts according to Renault Trucks business objectives
• Support price and sales management activities in tools and systems
Required competencies
• Fluency in oral and written English
• Proven organizational and administrative skills
• Comprehensive overall understanding of commercial risks
• Ability of analyzing financial data and its implication for the business
