You are a natural relationship builder, a highly motivated team player, and at the same time a strong individual contributor who takes full ownership of results. Mission:

Develop, manage, and grow a profitable customer portfolio within the assigned sales territory by identifying new opportunities, building long‑term partnerships, and driving sustainable sales growth of Volvo trucks.

Main responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, approach, and develop new customers within the assigned territory
  • Build, manage, and expand long‑term, trust‑based relationships with existing clients
  • Understand customer business needs and translate them into tailored, value‑adding commercial solutions
  • Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to confident negotiation and deal closing Drive opportunities forward with strong commercial judgment and a clear focus on profitability
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth customer onboarding and delivery
  • Collaborate effectively in cross‑functional commercial teams to maximize customer satisfaction and business results
  • Consistently deliver strong performance in line with defined commercial targets, KPIs, and business objectives

Key requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably within an international or complex business environment
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, supported by formal sales training and a customer‑centric mindset
  • High level of self‑motivation, resilience, and confidence to work independently and manage a full sales pipeline
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute sales activities with a disciplined and structured approach
  • Valid driving license and readiness to travel within the assigned territory
  • University degree
  • Proficiency in English
  • High energy, strong drive for success, and a clear ambition to outperform targets
