About the role

The position is based in Denmark, and the scope is Nordics and Baltics countries (Norway, Denmark, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia), an area where our customers are serviced in workshops dual branded Renault Trucks and Volvo Trucks.

Your role is to build for this area the Service Market strategy and drive its execution, secure uptime, operational efficiency and service experience, especially in the context of transition to electric vehicles.


The role involves rich and cross-functional collaboration as you will have to team up in a transverse way with different people in the countries: local commercial teams, local aftersales dual-branded teams, RT NBI Central team and RT Headquarters in Lyon. 

You report to the VP Nordics, Baltics and Importers.

 

What you will do

  • Parts and Services sales
    • For each country and in close cooperation with Trucks Sales business
    • Understand the after-sales business potential and set parts sales volume and profitability targets accordingly, in line with parc evolution
    • Build the action plan for reaching that potential, notably leveraging on the service contracts portfolio
    • Cross-functionally drive the execution
  • Service contracts portfolio management
    • Manage the service contracts portfolio value and risk and adjust the service contract policy (technical and commercial price, tactic per segment etc…) accordingly
  •  Service Performance
    • To secure optimal customer experience and uptime
    • Secure quality targets achievement: maintenance plan execution, campaigns realization, warranty coverage, 24/7, customer satisfaction indicators, high level of parts availability in the dealer network

 

What you will need

  • A strong customer and value-oriented approach, which you will have demonstrated during your career
  • Good knowledge of the entire trucks value chain and significant experience in the commercial field of after-sales and services
  • Excellent analytical skills: ability to process complex information and data, identify patterns and find levers to support business development
  • Ability to capture the bigger picture for identifying right priorities
  • Strong ability to influence and to drive, in an uncertain and fast-moving environment
  • Ability to create and maintain good interpersonal relationships with various interlocutors in an international context

Renault Trucks Nordics, Baltics & Importers (RT NBI) is a passionate and highly engaged team driving and developing Renault Trucks business on a wide and diverse scope.

In the Nordics and Baltics area, we have the responsibility to drive and develop Renault Trucks business in 6 countries (Norway, Denmark, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia.

In the Private Importers part, we develop Renault Trucks business in 3 countries (Portugal, Israel and Greece) through Private Importers partnerships.
