We have a rare opportunity to join us as an Apprentice Parts Advisor at our Teesside depot. Don’t worry if you don’t have experience within this type of role, we will support you to develop your skills within your new role.

What you will do
- Forecasting customer demand
- Processing orders
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries of Vehicle parts
- Receiving and storing of vehicle Parts
- Lead the creation/development of Standard Operating Procedures
- Complete supply chain documentation for audit requirements
- Resolving problems including customer service issues
- Identify, manage and escalate risks to the business

In this role we are looking for someone who can:
Communicate effectively at a variety of levels, both written and verbally
Be adaptable and able to use problem skills in their day-to-day role as well as, whilst understanding and working with and following relevant processes
Utilise first-class customer service skills to ensure that customers are at the forefront of everything we do
