Solicitamos: Jefe de Punto de Servicio Volvo. 

Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Industrial o afín.

Experiencia: 5 años en el área de servicio como responsable de Taller de Servicio, jefe operativo y administrativo o similar en el ramo de Autobuses. 

Idioma: Inglés intermedio.

Objetivo de la posición: Responsable para el cumplimiento de los procesos e indicadores inherentes al Punto de Servicio de la región que

representa de igual forma el garantizar la atención y satisfacción del Cliente en todas sus necesidades del negocio. Realizar seguimiento y

controlar las funciones del personal a cargo, así como velar por el desarrollo y crecimiento de la marca en la zona.

Actividades de la posición:

  • Liderar los procesos para lograr objetivos clave de los Puntos de Servicio Volvo.
  • Planear actividades de taller y personal técnico.
  • Gestión y Supervisión de venta de refacciones y almacenes.
  • Responsable de llenado de sistemas con calidad y eficiencia.
  • Responsable de la satisfacción del cliente en trabajos realizados por el PSV.
  • Responsable de infraestructura y equipos.
  • Responsable de manejo de personal del sitio e incidencias.
  • Coresponsable de facturaciones y cobranza.
