Solicitamos: Supervisor de almacén.

Escolaridad: Licenciatura trunca/concluida en logística, administración, ingeniería, carrera técnica en logística, administración.

Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en supervisión de almacenes, preferentemente en sector automotriz, transporte o manufactura.

Idioma: Inglés básico.

Misión de la vacante: Supervisar y coordinar las actividades del personal de almacén, asegurando el control eficiente del inventario, la correcta recepción, almacenamiento y entrega de refacciones, materiales y herramientas para garantizar el abastecimiento continuo al área operativa.

Actividades principales: 

• Supervisar al personal de almacén en las tareas de recepción, acomodo, surtido, inventarios y limpieza.
• Coordinar la entrada y salida de refacciones, validando documentos contra órdenes de compra o requisiciones internas.
• Verificar la correcta rotación de inventario (PEPS) y condiciones de almacenamiento.
• Controlar la documentación relacionada con movimientos de almacén (entradas, salidas, transferencias).
• Garantizar la correcta captura de datos en el sistema de inventario o ERP.
• Implementar controles físicos y administrativos para prevenir pérdidas, robos o mermas.
• Dar seguimiento a inventarios cíclicos y anuales, incluyendo ajustes y conciliaciones.
• Detectar desviaciones e implementar acciones correctivas.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad, orden y limpieza en almacenes.
• Coordinar la capacitación del personal de almacén.
• Elaborar reportes de indicadores de desempeño (KPI’s) y rendir cuentas a la gerencia.
