Solicitamos: Vendedor de Refacciones.

Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Ciencias Administrativas, Especialidad en Ventas, Mercadotecnia o afín. 

Experiencia: 3 años en la industria automotriz (Tractos/Buses) a 5 años en Postventa en Autotransporte o área comercial.

Idioma: Inglés (Intermedio).

Misión de la vacante: Programar, organizar y coordinar las actividades referentes al mercadeo directo e indirecto para el Punto de Servicio Volvo y del territorio asignado bajo su responsabilidad, de acuerdo con las políticas y normas de la empresa, a fin de cubrir el pronóstico de ventas de refacciones establecido. 

Actividades principales de la vacante: 

  • Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua mediante el programa Lean, optimizando recursos y resultados del negocio.
  • Desarrollar y ampliar una cartera de nuevos clientes en la zona asignada.
  • Generar ventas de refacciones (propias y de proveedores), asegurando crecimiento constante y rentabilidad.
  • Implementar estrategias comerciales y de marketing para fortalecer relaciones y aumentar ventas.
  • Mantener seguimiento continuo de clientes, entendiendo sus necesidades y ofreciendo soluciones personalizadas.
  • Administrar y actualizar la base de datos de clientes con información precisa, garantizando una atención efectiva.
  • Apoyar en la disponibilidad de refacciones y recuperación de pedidos pendientes (Back Orders), facilitando el cierre de negociaciones y asegurando la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Realizar llamadas a clientes potenciales y actuales para generar oportunidades de venta.
  • Agendar citas y efectuar visitas presenciales con enfoque estratégico y proactivo.
  • Analizar el desempeño de ventas mediante reportes para detectar áreas de mejora.
  • Elaborar análisis y planes de acción sobre ventas perdidas, identificando causas y soluciones.
