What you will do
Overview
Proactively making telesales calls to win parts sales over the front counter to retail customers across the west region of RTC. Take overspill incoming calls from customers enquiring about Parts when depots are low on Parts Advisors. Locating parts and raising invoices across all depots in order to facilitate a smooth collect or delivery service to all customers. Always ensuring a competitive sales margin in-line with the business requirement. Working with the Regional Parts Manager to proactively create mini sales campaigns and promote for the west region of the business. Some depot visits may be required, therefore we require you to hold a full UK Driving Licence
General Duties:
- Answer calls with the highest level of customer service.
- Prospect current and potential parts customers proving information of the company’s goods, services, and current promotions.
- Liaise with National Contract Sales Executive introducing them to potential account customers.
- Promote quarterly / monthly parts promotions
- Liaise with regional parts manager for local / group parts promotions.
- Manage e-commerce website
- Discussing the use and features of various parts with customers
- Produce parts quotations for customers.
- Process Parts orders in line with company processes.
- Liaise with Depot parts team to ensure customer expectations are met
- Liaise with Depots to deal with any return or refund requests
Skills and Experience Required:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Sales and target driven.
- Influencing others to buy additional parts.
- Experience in customer facing position within vehicle parts
- Excellent telephone manner.
- To be able to effectively communicate at all levels both written and verbally with people inside the organisation as well as external customers.
- Numerical ability to be able to work with part numbers.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- IT Literate to work within company processes and systems.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Team Player
