Misión de la posición: Asegurar la ejecución diaria de las actividades de transporte Inbound para las operaciones de RDC Toluca, con el objetivo de estabilizar el proceso, garantizar continuidad operativa y fortalecer el seguimiento estructurado de actividades clave mientras se consolidan mejoras en productividad y organización.

Escolaridad: Lic. Comercio internacional, Comercio exterior, Ing. Industrial, Logística o afín (Titulado).

Experiencia: 3 a 5 años administración y manejo de importaciones, logística, transporte, operaciones y procesos relacionados con Supply Chain y comercio internacional; así como manejo de Excel (Intermedio/Avanzado) y PowerBi (Intermedio).

Idiomas: Inglés (Avanzado).

Actividades principales: 

• Asegurar operaciones eficientes en el área de Transporte Inbound.
• Asegurar continuidad, estabilidad operativa y cumplimiento disciplinado durante el periodo de asignación.
• Organización, seguimiento detallado a los embarques y control de procesos.
• Familiaridad con dinámicas logísticas efectivas y de transporte internacional a fin de coordinar eficazmente los embarques con transportistas, interactuar con proveedores logísticos y procesos de liberación aduanera.
• Responsabilidad por el cumplimiento de objetivos del área.
• Control y seguimiento constante a las actividades para cumplimientos de objetivos de entregas en tiempo, asegurando tanto la trazabilidad de los embarques de importación como la visibilidad, cumplimiento de tiempos de entrega (ETAs) y resolución oportuna de desviaciones.
• Mantener controles de Excel, PBI con la información actualizada, completa y correcta.  
• Mantener actitud proactiva, sentido de responsabilidad y capacidad de adaptación a un entorno dinámico.
• Revisar/actualizar procedimientos de operaciones.
• Interactuar con las áreas relacionadas a fin de lograr los objetivos y entregas en tiempo de los clientes.
