Group Trucks Operations encompasses all production of the Group’s manufacturing of Volvo, Renault and Mack trucks, as well as engines and transmissions. Actividades:
- Atención directa con red de distribuidores y concesionarios Volvo.
- Atención a reportes y quejas de los clientes.
- Contacto directo con áreas internas involucradas en los procesos.
- Soporte a la red de clientes y distribuidores dentro de la república mexicana.
- Atender reportes de back order y de distintas áreas internas.
Requisitos:
Grado Académico: Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Lic. Relaciones económicas Internacionales.
Experiencia: 3-5 años en el área de Servicio a Cliente dentro del ramo automotriz de transporte pesado (Autobuses, Tractocamiones).
Idioma: Inglés (Avanzado - Conversacional INDISPENSABLE).
Software: Microsoft Excel (Avanzado INDISPENSABLE), Power BI (deseable, no obligatorio).
