Misión de la posición: Apoyar todas las actividades relacionadas con la operación del almacén de Toluca, en términos de mejora de procesos, desarrollos IT, 5s, Mejora continua, generación de ideas, manejo de V-emb, así como simplificar, mejorar reportes y procedimientos en operación.

 

Escolaridad: Lic. Sistemas computacionales, TI, Administración de empresas o afín (Recíen Egresados).

 

Experiencia: Desarrollo de sistema IT, conocimiento en procesos de almacén, manejo de Office, nivel avanzado en Excel (elaboración de tablas dinamicas y creación y desarrollo de macros), nivel intermedio en PowerBI y/o creación de App´s. 

 

Idioma: Inglés (Intermedio/Avanzado).

 

 

Actividades principales: 

  • Participar en todos los programas y actividades de: SGC ISO 9001 & SGA ISO 14001, VPS.
  • Documentación y generación de QK y SK.
  • Seguimiento y desarrollo del programa de 5´s.
  • Coordinar impresión de etiquetas de producción.
  • Apoyo en generación de Macros para procesos manuales.
  • Coordinación y actualización de sistema en cuanto V-emb.
  • Reportes semanales y coordinación de avances de A3 asignados.
  • Proceso de Mejora continua.
  • Apoyo soporte de personal administrativo de Almacén.
  • Desarrollos de IT requeridos para Almacén.
