Solicitamos: Practicante de Planeación de Suministros.

Objetivo de la posición: El propósito de esta posición es contribuir a acelerar la entrega de todas las piezas no disponibles urgentes para los concesionarios y/o clientes de Áreas de Negocios específicas. Esta posición trabaja en estrecha colaboración con servicio al cliente, gerentes regionales de venta de refacciones, almacén y planeación de inventario.

Actividades principales:

•  
• Monitoreo y procesamiento partes en "backorder" urgentes de "refill" dentro los parámetros establecidos.
• Recuperar piezas no disponibles y de entrega expedita de la manera más eficiente y rentable para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente.
• Solicitar de stock entre intercompañías de partes comunes para asegurar la disponibilidad.
• Revisión y actualización del tiempo de entrega de los backorders registrados en el sistema Filemaker.
• Revisión de situaciones con partes críticas del almacén central.
• Proponer, identificar, informar e implementar mejoras continuas de procesos que garantizarán eficiencias en el desempeño de recuperación de pedidos pendientes
• Trabajar en la mejora continua a través del Sistema de Producción de Volvo (VPS por sus siglas en inglés).
• Actuar de acuerdo con los Valores Volvo.
• Otros deberes asignados por la gerencia.

Requisitos:

Escolaridad: Recién egresados en Lic. Comercio Internacional, Relaciones Internacionales, Ing. Industrial o afín.

Idioma: Inglés Avanzado (Conversacional y Escrito).

Software: Microsoft Excel Avanzado, deseable Power BI.
