Solicitamos: Trainee de Back Order.
Objetivo de la posición: Pertenecer a la organización Supply Planning, BOR & Dealer Inventory Management (SP/BOR/DIM) dentro de GTO-SML NA. La organización SP/BOR/DIM es responsable por la disponibilidad de refacciones, la recuperación de backorder, asegurara precisión de entrega de proveedores y el inventario. Soportara principalmente las actividades de planeación y recuperación de ordenes en backorder de pedidos pendientes urgentes, proporcionara confirmación de fechas de entrega y asegurar el cumplimiento de dichas fechas de entrega,
El propósito de esta posición es contribuir a acelerar la entrega de todas las piezas no disponibles urgentes para los concesionarios y/o clientes de Áreas de Negocios específicas. Esta posición trabaja en estrecha colaboración con servicio al cliente, gerentes regionales de venta de refacciones, almacén y planeación de inventario.
Requisitos:
- Escolaridad: Recien egresados en de licenciaturas en Ingeniería Industrial, Cadena de Suministro, logística o campo relacionado.
- Idioma: Inglés Avanzado (No negociable).
- Software: Paqueteria Office avanzado, Power BI.
Actividades:
- Soportar al Coordinador(a) de Recuperación de Backorder en la coordinación, monitoreo y procesamiento de partes no disponibles es decir en "backorder" clasificadas como urgentes, tanto de "refill" como proveedores “locales”, dentro los parámetros establecidos.
- Soportara el proceso de partes clasificadas como "Non-Stock (NS)", dentro los parámetros y procesos establecidos.
- Asegurar en conjunto con el/la Coordinador(a) de Recuperación de Backorder que todas las partes no disponibles requeridas por clientes sean recuperadas y se entreguen lo antes posible de la manera más eficiente y rentable para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes.
- Mantener una sólida relación de trabajo con Proveedores, Ingeniería, Compras, Planeación de materiales, Precios, Servicio al Cliente, Intercompañías, RDCs, CDCs y entidades Volvo globales que aplique.
- Mantener un sólido conocimiento práctico de proveedores, fuentes de abastecimiento, partes Volvo, sistemas de mainframe Volvo y Mack, AS400, SPM, Filemaker, GLOPPS, GPS etc.
- Verificar y seguir el flujo de recuperación de partes más óptimo para ordenes de emergencia, asegurando comunicar desde inicio a todas las áreas necesarias para la recuperación de las partes en BO, con el objetivo de minimizar el tiempo de inactividad para los clientes/usuarios finales.
- Contribuir con los medidores de desempeño (KPI’s por sus siglas en inglés) definidos para el área de BOR.
- Impulsar y ejecutar actividades de mejora continua, soportadas en el Volvo Performance System (VPS).
- Actuar de acuerdo con los Valores Volvo.
- Otros deberes asignados por la gerencia.
Habilidades Técnicas y Funcionales:
- Sentido de urgencia en un ambiente de proyectos y/o laboral buscando la excelencia operacional guiado por los Valores Volvo y el Código de Conducta.
- Analíticas, de investigación y de resolución de problemas.
- Capacidad de retención y manejo de diversos sistemas y procesos.
- Habilidades de organización y comunicación tanto verbal como escrito.
- Capacidad de trabajar de forma efectiva tanto de forma independiente como dentro de un ambiente de equipo.

- Habilidades básicas de negociación.
