Trainee de Transporte

Misión de la vacante: Enfoque en dar soporte a las operaciones de Inbound & Outbound como en ser el respaldo directo (backup) de los Especialistas en Transporte.

Escolaridad: Lic. Comercio Internacional, Relaciones Económicas Internacionales, Negocios Internacionales, Ing.Transporte, Logística o afín (Recíen Egresados).

Experiencia: Conocimiento intermedio de la operatividad de importación y exportación, así como un nivel Intermedio/Avanzado de herramientas como son: Excel & Power BI.

Idiomas: Inglés (Avanzado).

 

Actividades principales de la vacante: 

  • Cotizar, generar y dar trazabilidad (E2E) a las recolecciones de refacciones.
  • Proporcionar documentación (factura, guía o B/L y, si aplica, Packing List, TXT, confirmación de arribo y CCP) a los diferentes ejecutivos de cuenta en las aduanas donde se lleva a cabo la operación de importación.
  • Generar instrucciones de liberación y transporte en los flujos operacionales terrestre y marítimo (Asia).
  • Entablar y asistir a las diferentes conferencias con las contrapartes Inter compañías para el seguimiento operativo internacional.
  • Realizar y desarrollar planes de mejora continua (KAIZEN).
  • Realizar y compartir la glosa documental de exportación para la operación terrestre.
  • Generar y compartir la documentación de tránsito (Complemento Carta Porte) para los flujos terrestres nacionales a los diferentes transportistas.
  • Desarrollar, reportar de forma mensual el rendimiento operativo de los transportistas (DP) de ambas operaciones.
  • Gestionar planes de acción con los transportistas que estén debajo del perfomance.
  • Documentar casos de bajo desempeño de transportistas en el CRISIS & RISK LIST y dar trazabilidad a planes de acción.
  • Buscar la automatización de los procesos internos del área.
  • Dar soporte a la operación de transporte en su totalidad.
