Job Summary:

The Canada Business Office Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the growth, customer experience, and operational excellence of Volvo Construction Equipment's Canadian business.

This position is designed to build a long-term career in sales, customer success, business operations, dealer development, rental, remarketing, or commercial leadership. The successful candidate will gain broad exposure to multiple functions across the Canadian organization while developing strong customer-facing and commercial capabilities.

The role serves as a key liaison between customers, dealers, internal teams, and business partners, helping ensure a seamless customer experience while supporting strategic business objectives.  Salary offered : between 81,000$ and 100,000$ per year.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Operations Support

  • Coordinate and manage administrative and operational activities supporting the Canadian business and the Head of Market Area – Canada.
  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain reports, business metrics, sales data, and operational information.
  • Manage purchase order creation, tracking, and invoice processing activities.
  • Support tax, financial and accounting coordination activities for the Canadian organization.
  • Administer fleet management processes, vehicle leases, fuel programs, insurance documentation, and related reporting.
  • Coordinate incoming correspondence, documentation, and business communications.
  • Expense reporting and travel arrangements for Head of Market Area – Canada.

 

Customer Success & Commercial Support

  • Serve as a professional first point of contact for customers, dealers, and business partners.
  • Build positive relationships that strengthen customer satisfaction and reinforce the Volvo CE brand experience.
  • Support customer inquiries and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist sales, rental, and remarketing teams with customer-facing activities, communications, and business follow-up.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve customer experience and business processes.
  • Maintain customer and business information with accuracy and attention to detail.

 

Sales & Growth Enablement

  • Support the Canadian Sales organization in achieving revenue, market share, and customer retention objectives.
  • Assist with preparation of customer presentations, business reviews, sales meetings, and commercial initiatives.
  • Coordinate sales support activities and follow-up actions to help drive business growth.
  • Participate in customer events, dealer meetings, trade shows, and other commercial activities as opportunities arise.
  • Develop foundational commercial skills that prepare for future customer-facing field assignments.

 

People & Culture Support

  • Be the liaison for People & Culture initiatives and administrative processes between VCE NA and Canada.
  • Help coordinate employee recognition programs, communications, onboarding activities, and engagement initiatives.
  • Champion Volvo CE's values, culture, diversity, inclusion, and ethical business practices.

Required knowledge & experience:

The ideal candidate is:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • Customer-oriented and relationship-driven.
  • Curious and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable communicating with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented while maintaining a broader business perspective.
  • Able to travel to the United States for meetings/trainings.
  • Interested in developing a career in sales, rental, remarketing, customer success, dealer development, or business management.
