What you will do
In line with the commercial policy of Volvo Financial Services, you are responsible for the commercial development of the captive finance company within the entire Volvo Construction Equipment France network.
You will manage the team of Territory Managers (TM), who are responsible for driving the distribution network (subsidiaries and dealers) and developing sales of financing, insurance products, and services.
In close collaboration with the Commercial Managers of Volvo Construction Equipment France, the Business Manager of Volvo Construction Belley, as well as the network commercial management (Retail & Key Accounts), you will align with the manufacturer’s commercial strategy. You will design and launch joint commercial campaigns with the manufacturer and maintain a close relationship with both the manufacturer and the network.
Main Responsibilities:
Active participation in the development strategy of VFS, both in financing and leasing, as well as insurance and other associated services.
Management of the TM team.
Participation in budget planning.
Monitoring and managing performance indicators (financed volumes, penetration rates, margins, etc.).
Working closely with marketing, credit, legal, and risk management teams.
Ensuring proper handling of your team’s files in terms of credit, compliance, and dossier conformity.
Organizing commercial actions: challenges, incentives, campaigns, etc.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with the network’s commercial management.
Steering and coordinating the Volvo France Collaboration strategy at both headquarters and local levels.
Participating in company development and quality improvement projects.
Who are you?
Experience
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience within a network of builders, in indirect sales.
Experience in selling financial services and insurance would be appreciated.
Field experience is essential.

Education
Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (Bac +3 to +5) in business, management, finance, or engineering (depending on experience).
This permanent position is based in Trappes (78); however, as the teams are located all over France and Lyon, frequent travel is to be expected.
