Solicitamos: Abogado Corporativo.

Objetivo: El Abogado Corporativo apoyará en la revisión y redacción de todo tipo de documentos legales, brindará asesoría legal a todas las áreas de la empresa, realizará trámites administrativos, coordinará notarías y abogados externos.

Actividades:

• Redacción, elaboración y revisión de contratos realizados para la operación requerida.
• Ratificación de firmas ante notario público.
• Gestión de poderes notariales.
• Generar trámites ante dependencias gubernamentales (Federales, estatales y municipales).
• Realizar investigación previa para llevar a cabo los trámites requeridos (Requisitos, documentación requerida, dependencias correspondientes, etc.)
• Llevar a cabo trámites de manera presencial en dependencias locales y ocasionalmente en dependencias federales y/o estatales.

Requisitos:

Escolaridad: Lic. Derecho (Titulado con Cédula).

Idioma: Inglés Avanzado (Oral y Escrito) - INDISPENSABLE.

Experiencia: 3-5 años ejerciendo formalmente en sector privado (Empresas Transnacionales y/o Automotrices preferentemente) o en sector público (Notarías).

Software: Paquetería Office Intermedio.

Conocimientos requeridos:

• Tipos de Contratos y Convenios (Compra-Venta, arrendamiento, comodato, prestación de servicios).
• Fianzas.
• Recursos Administrativos.
• Derecho Corporativo.
• Derecho Administrativo.
• Derecho Ambiental (Plus).
