Solicitamos: Coordinador de Mantenimiento
Objetivo de la vacante: Asegurar la disponibilidad, confiabilidad y seguridad de las instalaciones, equipos y servicios, mediante la gestión estratégica y eficiente del mantenimiento, optimizando el desempeño de los activos, controlando costos y garantizando la continuidad operativa para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes internos.
Escolaridad: Ingeniería Eléctrica, Mecánica, Industrial o afín (Titulado).
Experiencia: +5 años en mantenimiento industrial (equipos, maquinaria y facilities/real estate).
Idioma: Inglés (Intermedio/Avanzado).
Principales Responsabilidades:
- Garantizar la continuidad operativa mediante la atención oportuna de contingencias y emergencias.
- Asegurar condiciones óptimas de operación y seguridad en maquinaria, equipos e infraestructura.
- Planear y ejecutar programas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, priorizando las necesidades del negocio.
- Gestionar indicadores, registros y desempeño del área de mantenimiento.
- Optimizar el uso de recursos (materiales, refacciones y servicios) alineados al presupuesto.
- Coordinar proveedores externos para asegurar servicios de mantenimiento eficientes y de calidad.
- Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua para incrementar la eficiencia y reducir costos operativos.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad y normatividad aplicable.
- Asegurar la correcta administración de los sistemas de gestión (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Implementar y dar seguimiento a acciones correctivas, asegurando análisis de causa raíz y efectividad.
