Objetivo de la vacante: Desarrollar y comunicar de manera estratégica la propuesta de valor de la marca, así como el portafolio de productos y servicios, mediante la generación de contenido relevante y alineado a la estrategia de Marketing y Comunicación. Lo anterior con el fin de atraer, informar e influir en audiencias internas y externas a través de diversos canales, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los objetivos organizacionales.

Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Comunicación, Periodismo, Marketing o afín. (Titulado). 

Experiencia: 4-5 años en Generación de contenido del alto impacto, en redacción editorial y/o en la industria del transporte.

Idioma: Inglés (Intermedio/Avanzado).

Actividades principales: 

• Generar contenido alineado con la estrategia de comunicación interna y externa.
• Redactar y estructurar mensajes que comuniquen de forma clara la propuesta de valor de la marca y su portafolio.
• Desarrollar contenido de alto impacto para distintos canales y audiencias.
• Definir el tono y estilo de comunicación de acuerdo con cada campaña o iniciativa.
• Elaborar guiones, comunicados, narrativas y materiales de storytelling.
• Realizar entrevistas para la generación de contenido relevante.
• Diseñar y administrar parrillas de contenido para redes sociales.
• Colaborar en la redacción y actualización del contenido del sitio web.
• Gestionar redes sociales, asegurando interacción oportuna y comunicación bidireccional.
• Apoyar en la planeación y ejecución de eventos internos y externos.
