Solicitamos: Gerente de Reconstrucción y Proyectos Especiales
Objetivo de la posición: El/La Gte. de Reconstrucción y Proyectos Esp. es responsable de generar negocios al área, dirigir, planear y organizar las actividades del área del Centro de Reconstrucciones y Proyectos Especiales con el objetivo de garantizar que existen los recursos e información necesarios para asegurar que se optimiza la calidad y eficiencia de los trabajos realizados en el CRPE. Asegurando satisfacción del cliente, rentabilidad y volumen de ventas esto bajo una ejecución bajo las directrices del Grupo Volvo
Requisitos:
- Escolaridad: Ingeniero Mecánico, Industrial o afín. Titulado
- Experiencia: +8 años en industria automotriz. Conocimiento de Autobuses, reparaciones, Administración, Liderar personal
- Idioma: Inglés Intermedio - Hablado
Actividades:
- Gestionar operaciones administrativas y operativas asegurando el cumplimiento de procesos, satisfacción del cliente y rentabilidad.
- Planear y definir estrategias del departamento.
- Supervisar indicadores y el cumplimiento del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad.
- Detectar necesidades de capacitación y asegurar recursos para el desarrollo del equipo.
- Controlar y dar seguimiento al presupuesto del área.
- Autorizar compras, gastos operativos e inversiones en herramientas y equipos.
- Evaluar requerimientos de tiempo extra y su impacto financiero.
- Desarrollar estrategias comerciales para incrementar ventas y nuevos proyectos.
- Visitar clientes para identificar necesidades y prospectar oportunidades de negocio.
- Elaborar y validar cotizaciones para clientes.
- Coordinar planes de trabajo con equipos técnicos y operativos.
- Planear y dar seguimiento al abastecimiento e inventario de refacciones.
- Diseñar, coordinar y supervisar proyectos especiales hasta su entrega final.
- Garantizar tiempos de entrega y minimizar retrasos o retrabajos.
- Actualizar tarifas de mano de obra y refacciones.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento del proceso Pre Delivery Inspection en unidad Trucks.
- Generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio mediante desarrollo de servicios y soluciones técnicas.de contención cuando los cambios no puedan aplicarse.
