Objetivo de la posición: Asegurar que todos los cambios del área de Ingeniería y su lista de materiales asociada, se implementen efectivamente en la Cadena de Suministro. 

 

Actividades:

 

• Coordinar la introducción de cambios de ingeniería derivados de proyectos mantenimiento & calidad del producto.

• Seguimiento de Nuevas partes con metodología de Plan para cada parte.

• Definir flujos logísticos internos de materiales comprados.

• Reducir el nivel de inventario de partes canceladas por cambios de diseño.

• Generar planes de acción para actualización de la lista de materiales por adaptaciones del cliente, retrabajos y aprovechamiento de material obsoleto.

• Analizar y gestionar causas de devolución de materiales no usados en producción.

• Evaluar y proponer alternativas de uso o venta de materiales obsoletos.

• Líderar proyectos de cadena de suministro en proyectos locales & globales.

• Administrar y dar mantenimiento a guías (procesos documentados, instructivos de actividades en SAP) y procesos del departamento.

• Coordinar proceso de localización de partes de chasis con Suecia (Interacción con Suecia).

• Solucionar errores en la lista de materiales a través del análisis de Super BOM en Bus Master (ERP).

• Analizar y corregir errores de interface en idocs de Bus Master (ERP).

 

Requisitos:

 

Escolaridad: Ing. Industrial ideal. Ing. mecánica o afín con especialidad en proyectos, Ing. en gestión de proyectos. (titulado)

 

Experiencia: 3 años en Gestión de Procesos de Cadena de Suministro en el sector automotriz de transporte pesado (Autobuses y/o Tractocamiones).

 

Idioma: Ingles avanzado. (Conversacional INDISPENSABLE)

 

Software: Paquetería Office, Office 365. Excel (Tablas dinámicas, formulas avanzadas, ideal macros). SAP, KOLA, GPS.
