Solicitamos: Ingeniero de Soporte a Carroceros. 

Escolaridad: Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Automotriz o Afín. 

Objetivo del puesto: Brindar soporte técnico y operativo a los carroceros externos para asegurar la correcta aplicación de los lineamientos técnicos (BBI – Body Builder Instructions) durante el proceso de carrozado de chasises, garantizando la calidad, seguridad y cumplimiento de los estándares establecidos por la compañía. 

Idioma: Inglés (Intermedio/Avanzado).

Responsabilidades principales: 

• Asistencia técnica a carroceros externos:
  Proveer soporte directo a los carroceros durante todo el proceso de carrozado, asegurando el cumplimiento de las instrucciones BBI (Body Builder Instructions) autorizadas, y resolviendo dudas técnicas en tiempo y forma.
• Gestión y distribución de documentación técnica:
  Asegurar que cada carrocero cuente con la información técnica más actualizada, validada y autorizada por ingeniería o el área correspondiente, incluyendo planos, manuales y boletines de servicio.
• Seguimiento de unidades en proceso de carrozado:
  Monitorear el avance de las unidades en cada etapa del proceso, detectando posibles desviaciones y promoviendo acciones correctivas para garantizar el cumplimiento de los plazos y estándares de calidad.
• Programación logística de envíos de chasises:
  Coordinar con las áreas internas (logística, producción, comercial) y con los carroceros la programación de envíos de chasises, asegurando entregas puntuales según la planificación establecida.
• Control y monitoreo de unidades Demo:
  Dar seguimiento detallado a las unidades demostrativas, asegurando su correcta configuración, mantenimiento y disponibilidad para pruebas, exhibiciones o entregas especiales.
• Elaboración de reportes de seguimiento y gestión:
  Generar reportes periódicos para el área comercial y otras áreas interesadas, incluyendo estatus de unidades carrozadas, tiempos de entrega, incidencias y desempeño de carroceros.

Lugar de Trabajo: Tultitlán, Estado de México (Se realizan viajes constantemente).
