Objetivo de la posición: Administrar y coordinar las actividades de las áreas de Máquinas, Carpintería, Calefacción, Refacciones y Subensambles en sus distintos centros de trabajo, cumpliendo los estándares de calidad, costos de operación, programas de producción, promoviendo los valores Volvo (Calidad, Seguridad y Cuidado del medio ambiente), promover la mejora continua en base a las mejores prácticas de Manufactura Esbelta y así ser el mejor proveedor Interno del grupo Volvo.

Requisitos: 

  • Escolaridad: Ingeniero Industrial, Mecánico o afín. Titulado. Maestría.
  • Experiencia: 5 años en control de producción o metal mecánica.
  • Idioma: Inglés Avanzado.

Actividades:

  • Coordinar y administrar programas para el aseguramiento de normas de seguridad en el área a cargo.
  • Asegurar la aplicación de las directrices de seguridad establecidas de acuerdo con la responsabilidad del trabajo.
  • Coordinar y administrar programas para cumplimiento de requerimientos ambientales y laborales.
  • Desarrollar e implementar programas de mantenimiento preventivo y autónomo en la maquinaria y equipo del área a cargo.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia del área.
  • Coordinar y administrar programas de entrenamiento y desarrollo para el personal de las áreas a cargo
  • Desarrollar e implementar estrategias para el control y la reducción de costos en el área a cargo.
  • Desarrollar y coordinar la implementación de estrategias para el cumplimiento de los programas de producción.
