Solicitamos: Líder de Logística Interna
Objetivo de la posición: El/La Líder de Logística Interna es responsable de administrar, coordinar y controlar las operaciones del almacén para la recepción, almacenamiento y abastecimiento de materiales a línea de producción asegurando que estén en tiempo y cantidades, así como la correcta gestión de inventarios y cumplimiento de normas de seguridad y calidad.
Requisitos:
- Escolaridad: Ingeniería Industrial, logística, Administración de empresas o afín. Titulado.
- Experiencia: +4 años en aseguramiento, surtimiento y almacenamiento de materiales, precisión de inventario, manejo de incidencias hacia líneas de ensamble / producción.
- Idioma: Inglés Avanzado (hablado)
Actividades:
- Coordinar el abastecimiento de materiales a producción, asegurando oportunidad y exactitud en tiempo y cantidad.
- Definir e implementar estrategias operativas alineadas al enfoque estratégico anual del área de almacén.
- Asegurar la calidad y seguridad de los materiales durante su recepción, almacenamiento, traslado y suministro a línea.
- Optimizar el uso de espacios en almacén mediante criterios eficientes de layout y flujo de materiales.
- Garantizar la exactitud de inventarios físicos y en sistema (SAP).
- Supervisar y coordinar conteos cíclicos e inventarios generales, asegurando la integridad del inventario.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad y calidad para el personal y los materiales.
- Administrar al personal de almacén en asignación de turnos, funciones, capacitación y desempeño.
- Impulsar mejoras continuas en procesos logísticos y de almacenamiento.
- Implementar y asegurar el cumplimiento de la metodología VPS, incluyendo estándares de seguridad, 5S, calidad y entregas.
- Generar y analizar reportes operativos para monitorear la eficiencia en recepción, almacenamiento y despacho.
- Colaborar con Producción, Calidad, Procesos y Logística para garantizar la continuidad operativa.
