Solicitamos: Practicante de Aduanas y Tráfico.

Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Relaciones Exteriores, Comercio Internacional o afín. 

Experiencia: Conocimientos teóricos de proceso aduanales y / o transporte.

Idioma: Inglés (Intermedio).

Misión de la vacante:  Brindar soporte a la operación de empaque, en temas aduanales y de transporte, así como demás actividades administrativas relacionadas con la operación.

Actividades principales: 

  • Apoyar en la revisión de pedimentos y liberación de operaciones de aduana.
  • Revisión de recibo de cuenta de gastos de cuenta aduanal.
  • Realizar funciones de administración para procesar documentos en los diferentes sistemas volvo.
  • Elaborar reportes para soportes de KPIS.
  • Planear ordenes de carga semanales.
  • Llevar el control de Expediente electrónico (requisito obligatorio por la autoridad).
  • Actualizar control de reportes o bases de datos de Importaciones, exportaciones y entregas locales...
  • Realizar trámites ante oficinas gubernamentales (Permisos previos de importación, cumplimiento de Certificación
  • NOMS.
  • Participar en proyectos (preparación de información requerida durante el proceso).
  • Brindar soporte para el registro de Ideas de mejora continua.
  • Descarga de Certificados Fitosanitarios.
  • Brindar apoyo al responsable de Logistica de Empaque.
