Descripción del empleo

 

Solicitamos: Especialista de Nómina

 

Objetivo de la posición: El/La Especialista de Nómina es responsable de asegurar la correcta aplicación   de los pagos de nómina a los empleados y dependencias gubernamentales, dando cumplimiento a las obligaciones fiscales generando certeza y confianza en la ejecución.

 

Requisitos:

  • Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Recursos humanos, contabilidad, Administración de empresas o afín. Titulado.
  • Experiencia: +7 años en gestión de nómina y administración de personal, asegurando cumplimiento legal, control de incidencias y coordinación con proveedores y áreas internas. Así como beneficios, finiquitos, auditorías y atención a colaboradores, garantizando procesos eficientes y confiables.
  • Idioma: Inglés Avanzado (hablado)

 

Actividades:

PROCESO DE NÓMINA

  • Supervisar y garantizar el proceso de nómina, asegurando veracidad, oportunidad y cumplimiento legal y de políticas internas.
  • Validar incidencias semanales (horas extra, vacaciones, bonos, permisos, etc.).
  • Revisar pre-nómina del proveedor y solicitar archivos necesarios para pago.
  • Coordinar con proveedor la correcta aplicación de movimientos de Compensaciones.
  • Validar reportes de cierre de nómina y contables para Finanzas.
  • Administrar información de personal (altas, bajas, vacaciones, descuentos, cartas, aclaraciones e incidencias).
  • Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento y actualización de sistemas internos de personal.

OBLIGACIONES LEGALES

  • Garantizar el pago oportuno de obligaciones (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, ISN).
  • Gestionar trámites de apertura de nuevas unidades (altas patronales e impuestos).
  • Asegurar cumplimiento de REPSE.

PTU

  • Preparar cálculo, información y presentación de PTU anual conforme a la ley.
  • Gestionar comunicación y entrega de PTU a empleados y exempleados.

FINIQUITOS Y LIQUIDACIONES

  • Solicitar y validar cálculos conforme a lineamientos internos y marco legal.

PAQUETE DE BENEFICIOS

  • Administrar beneficios (SGMM, vida, fondo de ahorro, PTU, aguinaldo, vales, etc.).

FONDO / CAJA DE AHORRO

  • Gestionar y controlar operaciones en portal (aportaciones, préstamos).
