Solicitamos : Material Planner.

 

Objetivo:  Planear y controlar el abastecimiento de materiales en cantidad, calidad y tiempo para las líneas de producción o áreas de trabajo de acuerdo con los procesos de MRP, optimizando recursos a fin de cumplir con el Programa Maestro de Producción. 

 

Actividades: 

•     Elaborar la planeación de materiales con base en un forecast y plan maestro de producción a fin de evitar obsoletos y/o sobre inventario de materiales. 
•     Mantener contacto con proveedores para asegurar el abastecimiento de materiales en tiempo, cantidad y calidad requerida. 
•     Dar seguimiento a órdenes de compra liberadas y coordinación de embarques. •     Participar en proyectos de mejora continua que busquen reducción en costos, tiempos de entrega, MOQ y mejora de la productividad.   •     Realizar análisis de cobertura a fin de detectar riesgos de faltantes futuros.
•    Determinar el mejor método de abastecimiento de acuerdo al tipo de proveedor y naturaleza de los materiales bajo su responsabilidad. 
•    Revisar indicadores clave de desempeño del negocio y del departamento de planeación.
•    Autorizar cambios en los planes de entregas o cancelación de órdenes de compra. 
•    Establecer estrategias para la reducción de inventario. 
•    Gestionar ordenes urgentes con proveedor a fin de cubrir variaciones inesperadas en la demanda.
•    Implementar el sistema de reposición de inventario que mejor se adecue de acuerdo con el programa de producción: punto de orden, stock de seguridad, doble contender, kan-ban, revisión periódica, entre otros.

 

REQUISITOS:

 

IDIOMA

 

Ingles intermedio.

 

SOFTWARE

 

Paquetería Office (Excel Intermedio).

 

NIVEL ACADÉMICO

 

Ingeniería industrial, Mecánica, Licenciatura en Administración de empresas o afín. Titulado.

 

COMPETENCIAS

 

2 años de experiencia en Industria Automotriz.

Herramientas de Lean Manufacturing.

Gestión de inventarios.
