Solicitamos: Trainee de Administración de ventas

 

Objetivo de la posición: El/La Trainee de Admin. de ventas brinda apoyo administrativo en el plan de entregas y facturación anual, así como dar cumplimiento a requerimientos del cliente en la comercialización de Autobuses para el control y gestión de archivo de contratos.

 

Requisitos:

  • Escolaridad: Lic en Relaciones Internacionales, Comercio Exterior, Administración de Empresas o afín. Titulado / Pasante
  • Experiencia: 0 - 1 año en el ramo Automotriz (deseable) / conocimientos técnicos y entendimiento de procesos de manufactura.
  • Idioma: Inglés Básico – intermedio

 

Actividades:

  • Monitorear el plan de entregas y la facturación de unidades
  • Coordinar la comunicación entre distintas áreas para agilizar los procesos de facturación y entrega
  • Verificar el cumplimiento de la documentación de ventas y la información interna de producción en operaciones de autobuses
  • Atender consultas de diferentes áreas, proporcionando información física y electrónica de manera oportuna
  • Elaborar órdenes de venta en SAP, asegurando la correcta captura de datos para la facturación
  • Gestionar el archivo y la custodia de documentos, expedientes e información
  • Revisar expedientes de clientes, validando que cuenten con la documentación completa para iniciar operaciones
  • Digitalizar, validar y capturar contratos legales en bases de datos internas y globales del Grupo Volvo
