Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Administración Industrial o a fín (Recién egresados).

Experiencia: No necesaria.

Idioma: Inglés (avanzado).

Misión de la vacante: Apoyar con las actividades relacionadas con los centros de mantenimiento a lo largo del país, aplicando conocimientos adquiridos en su formación académica. Gestionando de manera correcta la información de los sitios para la toma de decisiones.

Actividades principales:

• Elaborar el reporte de materiales recibidos en los sitios provenientes del almacén de Toluca para supervisar que se le esté dando el debido ingreso en LDS.
• Elaborar base de datos de reclamos retail, alimentando con la información correspondiente de los reclamos que son recibidos por parte de los sitios.
• Evaluar reclamos retail, revisando que la información proporcionada este correcta conforme las necesidades de la unidad y que estas hayan sido proporcionadas en los tiempos establecidos para su aprobación de pago.
• Verificar que la información en PROMT esté actualizada conforme a las necesidades de las unidades para que los servicios que se le realicen sean de manera oportuna.
• Asistir en la preparación y empaque del material y/o herramienta necesaria para realizar el envío a los WSI, con el fin de asegurar que se cubran de manera adecuada sus necesidades operativas.
• Generar reportes de SAP, para el correspondiente cierre de mes de los WSI: Facturación, Papel de trabajo. Reportes contables.
