Escolaridad: Lic. Relaciones exteriores, Comercio internacional, Negocios internacionales; Ing. de Transporte o afín. (Recíen Egresados).

Idioma: Inglés (Básico/Intermedio).

Objetivo de la posición: Apoyar en las actividades administrativas y operativas a los especialistas de Tráfico, empaque, en temas Aduanales y de Transporte de materiales a través de los diferentes medios; aéreo, marítimo, terrestre, embalaje, aduanas etc.

Actividades:

• Realizar funciones de administración para procesar documentos en los diferentes sistemas volvo.
• Apoyar en el seguimiento de embarques de embalaje, inbound y outbound, importación, exportación y distribución local.
• Brindar el soporte para generar y programar recolecciones y salidas, así como despachos de las mercancías.
• Apoyar en la revisión de pedimentos y liberación de operaciones de aduana.
• Colaborar en las cuentas de gastos para embalaje, aduana y tráfico.
• Verificar la actualización de las bases de datos/ Captura de Datos.
• Ayudar al seguimiento a reclamos ante compañía aseguradora.
• Seguimiento con Forwardes, líneas transportistas, agentes aduanales, para el arribo en la carga y descarga de las mercancías.
• Apoyo en elaboración de reportes y kpi.
• Soporte en programación de arribos con almacen general y/o Embalaje.
• Seguimiento a discrepancias con almacenes general y/o embalaje.
